We are not a conference hotel with a string of function rooms, but a house of hosts with 23 rooms. And that is precisely our strength: beyond a certain size, the house is entirely yours.
How many guests fit where depends on the occasion and the seating. We are happy to plan it with you.

Our house is small enough to take over entirely. Then we welcome only your guests, the running order, menu and wines follow your plan, and in the evening the terrace is yours.
For a meeting, that means a room for every part of the day, and everyone sleeps in a room of their own.
Especially welcome in the quieter months, when the Rhine grows still.
A sixtieth, a golden wedding, 25 years in business: great days deserve a place with a past. People have been celebrating here since 1752. Today it is a set menu or a buffet, a cake from the confectioner and wines from Weingut Karl Schön, the family wine estate. Anyone travelling from afar simply stays the night.
For teams from established firms, agencies and young companies who want two days away: a room that adapts to the way you work, and when heads are full, the Rhine is right outside the door.
A thank-you to the team, the start of the year, a party for your clients: with a buffet or set menu, a glass of Sekt to welcome everyone on the terrace, and the Rhine as the backdrop.

The curtain separates and softens, but it is no substitute for a soundproof conference room: other guests may be sitting next door in the restaurant. If your programme calls for complete quiet, we recommend taking the whole house. Then the dining room and terrace belong to your group alone.
For presentations and workshops, yes. We are not set up for large talks with a stage, a PA system or live streaming.
The terrace beneath the wisteria is covered by awnings, so you can sit outside even in the rain. If it turns cool, you celebrate indoors behind large panoramic windows.
